I have over 25 years as an executive heading up HRM functions in national and multi-national organisations. My corporate roles have included:
In addition to holding senior executive roles in the public and private sectors, I have also owned and operated a small boutique consulting firm specialising in workplace investigation and dispute resolution, organisational review, executive coaching, and related HRM services.
My clients have included federal and state government departments, major multi-national companies, not-for-profit organisations, universities throughout Australia, and professional associations.
I have also held a number of Non-Executive Director roles on public, private and NFP boards, and have also been appointed to a number of government and Governor-in-Council appointments to panels, commissions of inquiry, and tribunals.
In December 2013, I was appointed to the Queensland Local Government Review Panel, and in 2018, I was appointed as a Tribunal Member of the Qld Councillor Complaints Tribunal.
