I have over 25 years as an executive heading up HRM functions in national and multi-national organisations. For some of that time, I have also owned and operated a small boutique consulting firm specialising in workplace dispute resolution, organisational review, executive coaching, and related HRM services.
My corporate roles have included:

I am currently undertaking a PhD in leadership coaching. I am researching the factors which affect line managers' decisions to coach informally. I am honing in on "the coachable moment". I expect to complete my research in mid-2018.
I also lecture in Self-Leadership in a Masters program at the QUT Business School.
